Manildra Harwood Sugars is a partnership between Manildra Group and the grower-owned New South Wales Sugar Milling Co-operative. We produce a range of premium dry and liquid sugars – including white, caster, brown, icing and low-GI sugars, molasses, syrups, and treacles.

Our Sunshine Sugar brand produces 100 per cent Australian-owned and grown sugar products for national retailers of private label and branded products, food and beverage manufacturers and export markets.

With sugar mills in Condong, Broadwater and Harwood, and our Harwood refinery, we are the last remaining Australian-owned refiner. We also operate the nation’s oldest continuously operating sugar mill and we are the world’s first sugar manufacturer certified to the global Bonsucro standard for the social, environmental and economic sustainability of cane sugar production.
