In our 35-year partnership with the farmer-owned New South Wales Sugar Milling Co-Operative, we use 100 per cent Australian sugarcane to produce a premium range of raw and refined sugars and syrups — including white, caster, brown, icing, low GI sugars, molasses, syrups, and treacles.

Manildra Harwood Sugars (under the Sunshine Sugar brand) produces all-Australian sugar products for national retailers, food and beverage manufacturers, and export markets. We are certified sustainable for the full supply chain, to the global Bonsucro standards of environmentally and socially responsible production and trade.
