Manildra Group’s Nowra plant includes a modern facility for making a range of glucose syrups as well as maltodextrines (spray dried powders) for the confectionery, general food and beverage industries.

Manildra is the only company in Australia offering a complete range of sweeteners, including oligosaccharides to liquid and dry glucose through to Brewer’s syrup and cane sugar.  Our glucose is fully demineralised to give it a longer shelf-life.

Iso-malto oligosaccharides: An excellent probiotic that can be incorporated into confectionery and beverages to assist the growth of beneficial bacterial for improved gut health.

Maltodextrins: Manildra produces a range of maltodextrins suitable for use in formulations that require additional solids or bulk without significant impact to taste and texture.
