On the farm

We maintain direct relationships with producers and marketers to ensure access to a wide range of quality grains required for our milling operations.

Our stringent quality assurance control programmes guarantee compliance with customer requirements.

In the manufacturing facilities

All production personnel are directly responsible for the quality of product produced by their division.

  • Our largest production facilities are certified by many Quality and Food Safety HACCP modelled Food Safety Management systems, including IS09001, HACCP, NCSI Safe Quality Food Standard(SQF), Woolworths Quality Assurance, AIB, Codex HACCP and also SNI Standards for Indonesian Export.
  • Export programmes operate according to Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service(AQIS) Accredited Process Management systems.
  • Continuous Improvement in new technology and facilities design occurs to ensure the Manildra Group facilities continue to meet both the Quality and Food Safety Standards that exist in both the domestic and international markets.

Innovation

Manildra operates a fully resourced Research & Development facility, staffed by highly qualified Scientists, Engineers, Bakers and Food Technologists. This diverse balance of highly skilled professionals ensures Manildra continually discovers new technology that is used to develop superior products that meet the evolving needs of the consumer. This innovation extends to the manufacturing process where our team ensures that   the most efficient, environmentally friendly processes available are utilised on all products being made.

Furthermore, the Manildra Group sales team can advise customers on how to utilise new and existing Manildra products to improve process efficiency and product performance.
